We offer the only hand crafted frozen desserts in Gold Country. We were named the best ice cream in the Sacramento area in 2010 by online voters in KCRA's A-List! We have been voted best ice cream in Amador County for the last 4 years by write in votes in the Amador Ledger-Dispatch newspaper. You use many local and organic fruits in our ice cream to keep our products as fresh and tasty as possible.

 

We are a green business! 75% of the power we use to make our ice cream comes from the sun. All of our spoons, bowls and cups are made of biocompostible materials like corn starch and sugar cane fiber. Also, we compost all the peel and rinds left over from our fruit preparations.

 

We learned our craft at the oldest ice cream school in the U.S.: Penn State and also have taken other courses at University of Wisconsin and University of Florida. We are a micro creamery and offer 16 flavors at a time, but have made over 100 different flavors, so our flavors change often. Be sure to check out Facebook page for the current selections.
